Admission
Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Arrivals and departures
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
The site will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.
Units will be allocated on arrival.
Changes to your holiday
Bookings cannot be amended within 2 day(s) of arrival.
Modifications are subject to a £10.00 fee.
Coronavirus
Minimum spacing of 6 metres between pitches.
Dogs
Dogs are not allowed in the accommodation units.
Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
Extras
Facilities/activities including washing machine, dryer, iron and hairdryer are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.
General
Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Bookings must not be for more than 7 consecutive nights.
Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
Drones and e-scooters are not permitted.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Public areas are non-smoking.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.
The grocery shop is open between 01/04 and 30/10.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.
Hired accommodation
Hired accommodation: £50.00 damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £50.00 will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
Occupancy
Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted. Bookings found to break these rules will be refused, can be denied admission.
Group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted). Bookings found to break these rules will be refused, can be denied admission.
No hen/stag parties permitted.
Single-sex bookings of 6 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted.
Pitches
A cable measuring at least 8 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
Please note, pup tents are to be used for storage purposes only. Guests may not use them for sleeping.
Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.
You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.
Reception
If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
Reception is closed from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
Reception is open from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 21/09 and 31/03.
Reception is open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 01/06 and 20/09.
Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
Safety
Barbecues and firepits are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times. Ashes must be disposed of correctly and thoroughly extinguished before placing in the bin.
Firearms are not permitted.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
Taxes
This area is not subject to city tax.
Vehicles
Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site. Bookings found to break these rules will be refused, can be denied admission.
Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be prebooked and parked in the designated area.
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
Visitors
Visitors must leave the premises by 8 p.m..

We DO NOT accept commercial or sign written vehicles.
No we don't accept under 18's without a suitable adult.
Yes we do allow dogs, but they must be kept tied up or on a lead within the Caravan Park. However there is a lovely walk to the Loch where it is possible to allow some off lead fun.
Please note we are open from Easter until mid October for touring pitches tents etc. Static caravans pitches are available on an 11 month basis (closed for the month of February). Please phone for more details.
